• Turmeric: Curcumin, which gives the yellow color to turmeric, has been the subject of numerous studies. This substance has recognized antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. The plant would therefore make it possible to fight against the pain and inflammation commonly linked to osteoarthritis or joint fragility.
• MSM: MSM or methyl-sulfonyl-methane is a natural source of bioavailable organic sulfur, ie well assimilated by the body. It comes from a process of oxidation of natural raw materials. Sulfur is present in the collagen of the skin, joints and blood vessels. It also plays a critical role in protecting the constituent tissues of joints, tendons, cartilage, the epidermis, etc. Thanks to its sulfur content, MSM is recognized for its action during inflammation of connective tissues and would also play a critical role in the protection of cells that make up cartilage.
