When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped within 24 to 72 hours except in exceptional circumstances, subject to stock availability.
For pre-ordered items, delivery times and availability depend on the manufacturer. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free delivery is offered for orders over €99 via Mondial Relay and over €190 via Colissimo, for France, Belgium and Luxembourg.
Shipping costs are not included for sticks and ethological sticks.
Can I pay for my order in installments?
When placing your order, you can select the option to pay in installments via Alma.
The total amount will then be divided into several installments (usually 2, 3 or 4 times).
The first payment is taken at the time of order confirmation, then subsequent payments are automatically debited each month.
We agree to share the costs associated with payment in installments with the client.
When I purchase multiple items, will they be shipped together or separately?
When you purchase multiple items, they are usually shipped together.
However, depending on product availability or logistical constraints, your order may be sent in several packages.
In that case, you will of course be informed.
How can I track the delivery of my order?
An order dispatch email is sent as soon as your package is picked up by our carrier.
You will find the tracking number there, as well as a link to our carrier's website to track the delivery of your order.
How do I use a discount code?
To use a discount code, simply enter it in your shopping cart, in the "Discount" section.
The discount will be automatically applied to eligible items.
I haven't received my package.

How do I make an exchange?
If you wish to exchange for a different size, please contact us by email at the following address: contact@crindelegance-sellerie.com , indicating your order number and the item concerned.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.
What is the return policy?
If an item needs to be returned, the buyer must submit their request by email to the following address: contact@crindelegance-sellerie.com
The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the package to return the item. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
