Composition
Glucosamine is one of the key components in supporting joint health and plays 3 important roles:
- To stimulate the production of proteoglycans that help produce the strong, elastic and shock-absorbing properties of the collagen matrix in cartilage
- To help maintain cartilage health
- Helps support the anti-inflammatory processes in horses.
MSM is a powerful antioxidant that helps support the anti-inflammatory system in horses, as well as a bioavailable source of organic sulfur, which is an essential component of key amino acids and vitamins. Sulfur also plays an important role in collagen synthesis. Collagen is a major component of connective tissues such as ligaments, tendons, and cartilage.
Hyaluronic acid is important for maintaining the viscosity and shock-absorbing elastic properties of joint fluid.
Glucosamine HCl12000 provides these 3 key nutrients to provide nutritional support to cartilage and helps maintain healthy joint fluid to lubricate and nourish the joint.
