Hippotrolyte is a source of:

• Zinc: zinc is an essential trace element in the body. It plays a catalytic role in the functioning of many enzymes and participates in the metabolism of carbohydrates, lipids and protein synthesis. A zinc deficiency causes a decrease in exercise capacity.
• Potassium: Potassium is an electrolyte (like chlorine, calcium and magnesium). Electrolytes are essential because they help provide the energy needed for many bodily functions including the transmission of nerve impulses and muscle contractions.
• Magnesium: This essential mineral is not produced by the body. It helps in fixing electrolytes (calcium and potassium). A magnesium deficiency increases difficulty in recovering and in particular the risk of cramps and muscle pain appearing.
