Horse halter, Abnoba, Black and Carmille salmon leather

Description

• The Abnoba halter is made of first choice vegetable-tanned leather from a French tannery (Arnal, in Rodez).
• This leather is one of the most natural with tree bark tannin. The older the leather, the more it takes on a beautiful patina.
• Each halter is decorated with salmon leather inserts, also from a French tannery. The pattern, shine and bright color bring a touch of elegance and originality, which is perfectly highlighted by the matte side of the leather.
• On the technical side, the anatomical headrest has cushions on either side of the nuchal ligament, which limits pressure.
• The mounting of the liners has been designed to provide more comfort to the horse, but also better finishes. Indeed, the horse is protected from extra thickness and always provides more comfort.
• The buckles are essentially in nickel silver.

Care advice

Like any leather item, maintenance is carried out using water and glycerine soap, as well as balm or grease. Pay particular attention to salmon leather: it is a relatively fragile leather, like any scale leather. It must therefore be cleaned by making movements in the direction of the scales (from the tip to the widest part). Ditto when passing the balm/grease.
