The bits in the Inno Sense collection are suitable for all horses, but are particularly well-suited for young horses and those with sensitive mouths. The plastic used is FDA-approved, meaning it is non-toxic and contains no plasticizers. Experience shows that horses ridden with an Inno Sense bit readily follow the rider's hand and quickly accept the bit.
Inno Sense bits are significantly softer than metal bits. This is what makes them so popular with most horses. If the bit rests correctly on the bit's teeth, damage is unlikely, but not impossible, for example, due to sharp edges on the teeth.

The Inno Sense Port Medium mouthpiece is made of elastic plastic, which is more rigid than the Flexi Soft. It is slightly flexible. Its tongue arch reduces pressure on the center of the tongue. This freedom of movement is ideal for sensitive horses or those that stick their tongue out.

The D-ring post consists of two D-shaped rings. Because the rings don't move, this post offers greater stability and allows for a more direct passage of rein aids. The D-shape exerts greater lateral pressure (against the post), thus facilitating riding.
